Don't feel that "being successful" means you have to keep running around 24 hours a day. Everyone needs at least that little time to recharge their batteries. Why not let someone who is better at the task than you, take over some of your workloads. Many productive people know the value of delegating tasks, keeping their hands free to do something.
3. Saying "Yes" to all things
You need to assess when to say yes to the most important activity and nod your head to anything else that doesn't yield any results. If you want to be more successful, learn to say "No" that doesn’t hurt.
4. Wasting Time.
Time is a valuable resource. You all know that right. Are you treating it like the money? Avoid spending time on unnecessary things to make them profitable, handle your job effectively, and keep distractions away to be more successful.
5. Practicing multiple balls at one time

You may think striving for perfection is a good thing. If you aim for excellence, you seem to waste more time completing a given job as immaturely and seamlessly as possible, which ultimately reduces your performance graph.
Don't wait for your moment because the perfect moment is now and stop hunting perfectionism, otherwise, you have to say goodbye to productivity.
